Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. Supreme Music Ltd is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. Retail products are accompanied by the original manufacturer warranty. Supreme Music Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Our on-line store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and we ship Monday through Friday. Your order will usually ship within one or two business days but may take slightly longer during holiday seasons (Christmas, Easter etc).

If you order an out-of-stock item, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If you have a special shipping need, call us and we will try our best to accommodate your situation.

In our ten years of experience as an online retailer, it is very rare for a package to go missing in the post. Some orders will take longer than expected however, so please do remember that (especially during busy holiday periods), occasionally post can take up to 30 days to arrive, particularly if being sent outside of Europe.

Product Testing
Supreme Music Ltd ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. Supreme Music Ltd does not conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise.

Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. Most products are shipped with a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Customers must inform Supreme Music Ltd of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - Supreme Music Ltd offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We do our best to make sure you will be satisfied with every purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations, return it to us unused within 30 days from the original invoice date and we will send you a prompt refund or replacement, which ever you prefer. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Order status
Supreme Music Ltd will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to you on record once your order has shipped (except when an APO/FPO is the shipping destination). You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website.

Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once we receive your information through the internet, only trusted, authorised employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost level security.

Change/Cancel orders
You may request a change/cancellation to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call +44 (0) 1273 556321 during the Supreme Music Ltd hours of operation to request a change/cancellation to your order. Please have your order number ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Product Return Procedure
To return a product in compliance with Supreme Music Ltd’s satisfaction guarantee, you must contact us via phone or email within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Please email [email protected] or call +44 (0) 1273 556321. Supreme Music Ltd will not accept returns without prior authorisation.

The Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Supreme Music Ltd. The Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. The Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in unused, re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material and other parts provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Supreme Music Ltd’s Return Procedure will be breached and Supreme Music Ltd may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).

Supreme Music Ltd will not refund to The Customer the original shipping charges.
